Listings and pricing
We work to keep every listing accurate and current, but inventory moves quickly and errors can happen. A listing is not an offer to sell at the stated price: availability, final pricing, and vehicle condition are confirmed when you contact us. Advertised prices exclude HST and licensing unless stated otherwise. If a listing contains a clear error, we may correct or remove it.
Payment estimates and financing
Monthly and bi-weekly payment figures shown on this site, including the payment calculator, are estimates for illustration only. They are not a financing offer, a quoted rate, or an approval. Actual rates and terms are set by the lender, depend on your credit profile, and are only confirmed in a signed financing agreement. Submitting a pre-approval request through this site does not obligate you to buy, and does not obligate us or any lender to extend credit.
Trade-in and purchase offers
Offers we send in response to a sell or trade-in request are based on the information you provide and are conditional on an in-person appraisal of the vehicle. An offer may change or be withdrawn if the vehicle’s condition, mileage, ownership, or history differs from what was described.
Vehicle sales
All vehicle sales are documented in a written bill of sale and are governed by Ontario’s Motor Vehicle Dealers Act and the Consumer Protection Act. Nothing on this website replaces or overrides the terms of a signed purchase agreement.
